Daniel Revers
Mr. Revers is the founder of ArcLight and has over three decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Mr. Revers is responsible for overall investment, asset management, strategic planning, and operations of ArcLight and its funds. Prior to forming ArcLight in 2000, Mr. Revers was a Managing Director in the Corporate Finance Group at John Hancock Financial Services, where he was responsible for the origination, execution, and management of a $6 billion portfolio consisting of debt, equity, and mezzanine investments in the energy industry. Prior to joining John Hancock in 1995, Mr. Revers held various financial positions at Wheelabrator Technologies, where he specialized in the development, acquisition, and financing of domestic and international power and energy projects. Mr. Revers earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Lafayette College and a Master of Business Administration from the Amos Tuck School of Business Administration at Dartmouth College.

Angelo Acconcia
Mr. Acconcia joined ArcLight in 2022 and has nearly two decades of private equity and energy investing experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was a Senior Managing Director at Blackstone, having spent over 17 years in their Private Equity Group and was one of the founding partners of their energy fund, Blackstone Energy Partners. During his time at Blackstone, Mr. Acconcia worked across a diverse set of sectors including chemicals, industrials, packaging, power, technology, telecom and upstream. Before joining Blackstone, Mr. Acconcia worked at Morgan Stanley in their Global Energy and M&A group, and at CIBC in Investment Banking in Canada and Hong Kong. Mr. Acconcia holds an Honors degree in Business from Queen’s University in Canada.

Gavin Danaher
Mr. Danaher joined ArcLight in 2016 and has almost two decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was a Managing Director at John Hancock where he was responsible for the origination and execution of debt and equity investments in the power, infrastructure, and utility sectors. At Hancock, Mr. Danaher led more than $8 billion of investments across various debt private placements, project financings, and infrastructure equity capital. Mr. Danaher holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Boston College and an undergraduate degree in Political Science from Hamilton College.

Jake Erhard
Mr. Erhard joined ArcLight in 2001 and has two decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Mr. Erhard began his career at Schroders, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Erhard earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Princeton University and a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School.

Mark Tarini
Mr. Tarini joined ArcLight in 2002 and has over three decades of energy finance and private equity experience. From 1989 to 2002, Mr. Tarini was the Chief Financial Officer of two private equity investment funds focused on equity investments in the power segment: EP Power Finance and Energy Investors Funds Group. Prior to this, Mr. Tarini was Vice President of Finance for Legeis Resources, a developer of alternative energy and waste management facilities. Mr. Tarini began his career as a Manager in the Utility and Real Estate practices of Arthur Andersen & Company. Mr. Tarini earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Boston College.

Lucius Taylor
Mr. Taylor joined ArcLight in 2007 and has over two decades of experience in energy and natural resource finance and engineering. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Taylor was a Vice President in the Energy and Natural Resource Group at FBR Capital Markets, where he focused on raising public and private capital for companies in the power and energy sectors. Mr. Taylor began his career as a geologist and project manager at CH2M HILL and is a licensed professional geologist. Mr. Taylor earned a Bachelor of Arts in Geology from Colorado College, a Master of Science in Hydrogeology from the University of Nevada, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

Carter Ward
Mr. Ward joined ArcLight in 2001 and has over two decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Ward was a Vice President at McManus & Miles, a boutique investment bank serving the power and energy industries. Mr. Ward earned a Bachelor of Science in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering from Cornell University.

Josef Alves
Mr. Alves joined ArcLight in 2013 and has over a decade of energy finance experience. Prior to joining Arclight, Mr. Alves was an Analyst in the Project, Commodity & Infrastructure Finance group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on structuring and arranging structured debt and mezzanine project financings across the energy sector. Mr. Alves earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University with a dual concentration in Finance and Accounting.

Katie Ardiff
Ms. Ardiff joined ArcLight in 2021. Prior to Joining ArcLight, Ms. Ardiff worked at NextEra as an MBA intern and as an Associate at Audax Group, a middle market private equity firm. She previously worked as a Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company. Ms. Ardiff holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce, and a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School.

Hassan Assaad
Mr. Assaad joined ArcLight in 2025. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Assaad was an Associate in the Natural Resources and Energy Transition Investment Banking group at Bank of America, where he worked on a variety of transactions in the power, utilities, and renewables sector. Mr. Assaad began his career as a field engineer in the Oil and Gas industry in Canada. Mr. Assaad holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Andrew Brannan
Mr. Brannan joined ArcLight in 2015 and has eleven years of energy finance experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Brannan was an Associate at The NorthBridge Group, where he advised electric utilities and merchant power producers on corporate strategy. He also has experience at J.P. Morgan, where he worked on the energy investment banking team. Mr. Brannan earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Trevor Breen
Mr. Breen joined ArcLight in 2016 and has over seven years of energy finance experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Breen was an Associate in the Producer Finance group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on evaluating and executing upstream oil and gas structured debt investments. Mr. Breen also held positions at Energy Management Inc. and at Goldman Sachs as an Analyst focused on energy commodity derivatives structuring. Mr. Breen earned a Master of Science in Finance and Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and Philosophy from Vanderbilt University.

Anna Casper
Ms. Casper joined ArcLight in 2017 and has almost two decades of legal experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, she held paralegal positions in the corporate, real estate and litigation sectors. Ms. Casper earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Simmons College.

Jon Chadbourne
Mr. Chadbourne joined ArcLight in 2009 and has over two decades of energy trading and risk management experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Chadbourne was a Director at Kelson Energy, where he focused on risk management and settlements for a portfolio of merchant generators. Mr. Chadbourne began his career at the State of Maine Bureau of Taxation. Mr. Chadbourne earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Administration from the University of Maine and a Master of Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Michael Chechelnitsky
Dr. Chechelnitsky has over two decades of experience in the U.S. and European energy markets, including asset management and optimization, commodity risk management, and fundamental market analysis as head of front and mid-office functions with major merchant energy companies. From 1999 to 2001, he worked for Shell International in The Netherlands focusing on both financial portfolio management and the development of new drilling techniques for advanced pressure control in high-pressure high-temperature wells. Dr. Chechelnitsky earned his Ph.D. in Physical Oceanography from MIT-Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution Joint Program, where he was a NASA Global Climate Change Fellow.

Greer DiPietro
Ms. DiPietro joined ArcLight in 2022 and has over a decade of administrative experience within the corporate and private equity sectors. Prior to joining ArcLight, she held executive assistant positions at Rockpoint Group and Wellington Management. Ms. DiPietro earned a Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Anthropology and Sociology, as well as Graphic Design from Roger Williams University.

Ashlee Fields
Ashlee joined ArcLight in March 2023. She is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration at Massasoit Community College in Boston, MA on track to becoming a certified Respiratory Therapist. Prior to joining ArcLight, she worked as a Project Coordinator at the Massachusetts Department of Health in the Early Intervention Department.

Jackie Fleury
Ms. Fleury joined ArcLight in 2024. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Fleury was a Senior Financial Analyst at Summit Partners. Previously, she worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers as a Senior Associate in the Assurance practice. Ms. Fleury earned a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from College of the Holy Cross and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Marco Gatti
Mr. Gatti joined ArcLight in 2018 and has over a decade of energy and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Gatti was a Vice President in the Energy group at Warburg Pincus, where he focused on the sourcing, execution and portfolio management of equity investments in the energy and heavy industry sectors. He also worked at Bain Capital, McKinsey & Company and Praxair. Mr. Gatti earned a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano.

Sarah Grady
Ms. Grady joined Arclight in 2024. Prior to joining Arclight, she was an Associate at Ernst & Young in the Wealth and Asset Management Assurance practice. Ms. Grady earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from the University of New Hampshire Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.

Sophia Gustavsson
Ms. Gustavsson joined ArcLight in 2025. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was a Compliance Analyst at Congress Asset Management. Ms. Gustavsson holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University.

Loryn Hamilton
Ms. Hamilton joined ArcLight in 2021. Loryn is a 2020 graduate of Roger Williams University where she majored in Criminal Justice. Prior to joining ArcLight, she worked as an office assistant at Rocket Software in Waltham.

Dr. Qiao Hu
Dr. Hu joined ArcLight in 2022 and has over a decade of energy market and risk management experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Dr. Hu was a lead risk analyst at ISO-NE, where he oversaw ISO-NE wholesale market’s collateral methodologies. Dr. Hu began his energy industry career as quantitative risk analyst at Edison Mission Energy and earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.

Young Kim
Mr. Kim joined ArcLight in 2023 and has 12 years of energy finance experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was a Director at KBFG Securities America where he was responsible for the origination and execution of debt financings in the power and infrastructure sectors. Mr. Kim has more than 10 years of experience since starting his professional career at KB Kookmin Bank in its Investment Banking Division in Korea. Mr. Kim holds a Master Business Administration from Washington University in St.Louis Olin Business school and an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from SungKyunKwan University in Korea.

Christina Katsampes
Ms. Katsampes joined ArcLight in 2023. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Katsampes worked at Bracewell LLP, Kirkland & Ellis LLP, and Global Partners LP, focusing her practice on financing energy and infrastructure companies. During her time at Kirkland, she was also seconded in-house at Audax Group LP, where she assisted on a variety of M&A and financing transactions. Ms. Katsampes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Rice University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Katie Kelman
Ms. Kelman joined ArcLight in 2023. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Kelman was a member of Goldman Sachs’ Natural Resources Investment Banking group. Ms. Kelman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University.

Christina Kenny
Ms. Kenny joined ArcLight in 2021. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP in their asset management group, focusing her practice on representing private equity sponsors in their fundraising, regulatory, and management company activities. Ms. Kenny earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Tufts University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Bridget Kiley
Ms. Kiley joined ArcLight in 2024. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was a member of Mizuho’s Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure Investment Banking team where she worked on a variety of transactions in the regulated utility sector. Ms. Kiley holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a concentration in Finance from Boston College.

Trevor Kiwumulo
Trevor joined Arclight in May 2023 and has been in the IT industry for almost 10 years. He previously worked for Northland Investment Corp where he gained valuable skills in troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining network infrastructure, and providing user support. Trevor graduated in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Framingham State University.

John Mahoney
Mr. Mahoney joined ArcLight in 2007 and has almost three decades of experience in financial services including 21 years specific to alternative investment and private equity administration. Prior to joining ArcLight he was a Unit Director in Investors Bank & Trust Company’s Business Strategy & Execution group supporting Investors Bank’s alternative investment administration practice. Mr. Mahoney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Bentley College.

Brian Martin
Mr. Martin joined ArcLight in November 2009 and has over three decades of experience in engineering, construction and commissioning of power plants and power plant components as well as experience in the management of operating power assets. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Martin was VP Manger of Projects with Shaw Power having overall EPC responsibilities for multiple solid fuel fired power plant construction projects. Prior to that, Mr. Martin worked for Cogentrix Energy, an independent power company. While at Cogentrix, Mr. Martin’s experience included construction management, development support and asset management of multiple operating assets totaling over 1,000 MWs. Prior to Cogentrix, Mr. Martin was involved in product management, construction, start-up and commissioning as well as other technical positions in the power industry. Mr. Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Fuel Science from Pennsylvania State University.

Jason Mawicke
Mr. Mawicke joined ArcLight in 2022. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Mawicke was a Director of Corporate Development at an ArcLight portfolio company, where he was responsible for acquisition due diligence and corporate strategy. Prior to that, Mr. Mawicke worked as a Senior Associate in PwC’s Advisory practice. Mr. Mawicke earned a bachelor’s degree from Endicott College with a concentration in Finance. Mr. Mawicke also studied Finance at the London School of Economics as part of his undergraduate program.

Robert McGaughey
Mr. McGaughey joined ArcLight in 2008 and has over three decades of energy trading and risk management experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. McGaughey was Vice President of merchant asset management for independent power producer Edison Mission Energy. Mr. McGaughey previously managed proprietary energy trading for Edison Mission Marketing & Trading and its predecessor company Citizens Power. Mr. McGaughey began his career with Andersen Consulting and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Rice University.

Forgan McIntosh
Mr. McIntosh joined ArcLight in 2022 and has over a decade of energy finance experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, he held executive positions at two ArcLight portfolio companies, most recently having served as Chief Financial Officer. He also worked at Barclays Capital, where he was a member of the Global Power & Utilities Investment Banking group. Mr. McIntosh earned a Master of Business Administration from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Bates College.

John McNaught III
Mr. McNaught joined ArcLight in 2008, after being the firm’s primary information technology consultant since 2004. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was a senior systems and technology consultant for iCorps Technologies, specializing in IT infrastructure planning and implementation for small to medium size companies. Mr. McNaught earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Merrimack College.

Chris Mercurio
Mr. Mercurio joined ArcLight in 2022 and has over a decade of energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Mercurio was a Principal at Basalt Infrastructure Partners, where he was responsible for the origination, execution and management of equity investments in the energy, power and transport sectors. He also worked at InterGen as a Manager of Corporate Finance, after starting his career as a member of the energy finance team at CIT. Mr. Mercurio earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Public Policy from Trinity College and an MBA from Imperial College London.

Christine Miller
Ms. Miller joined ArcLight in 2004 and has over two decades of legal experience in the areas of investment transactions and fund operations, with 19 years specific to energy finance and private equity. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was Counsel in John Hancock’s Investment Law Division, where she represented investment managers and advised institutional investors in purchasing private debt and equity securities. Ms. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.

Dave Nica
Mr. Nica joined ArcLight in 2024. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Nica was an Investor Relations Operations Senior Associate at Bain Capital. Previously, he worked at Standish Management as a Client Associate. Mr. Nica holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Northeastern University

Brittani Octeau
Ms. Octeau joined ArcLight in 2021. Brittani is a 2018 graduate of New Jersey City University where she majored in Psychology. Prior to joining ArcLight, she worked as an administrative assistant at Waterfall Asset Management in New York City.

Daniel Parsons
Mr. Parsons joined ArcLight in 2011 has a decade of private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Parsons was a quality control specialist at The Bank of New York Mellon. Mr. Parsons earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island and his Masters in Accounting from Suffolk University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Julien Person
Mr. Person joined ArcLight in 2024. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Person was a Vice President in the Infrastructure, Power, and Renewables M&A group at Rothschild & Co, where he worked on a variety of transactions in the midstream, power and transportation sectors. Mr. Person began his career at Total SA in the Petrochemicals and Refining group. Mr. Person holds a Master of Business Administration from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Case Western Reserve University.

Thomas Rokholt
Mr. Rokholt joined ArcLight in 2025. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Rokholt was an Associate in the Natural Resources group at Goldman Sachs, where he worked on a variety of transactions in the infrastructure, chemicals, power, and utilities sectors. Mr. Rokholt previously worked at EnerNOC and Enel, developing and managing demand response portfolios in power markets in North and South America. Mr. Rokholt holds a Master of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Yale University.

Karen Santosuosso
Ms. Santosuosso joined ArcLight in 2009 and has over two decades of human resources experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was the Assistant Director of human resources with a start-up pharmaceutical company. Ms. Santosuosso earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.

Yokasta Segura-Baez
Mrs. Segura-Baez joined ArcLight in 2022. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was with Capital Dynamics, where she was responsible for strategic investor and consultant relationship management and capital raising in North America. Previously, she held senior positions with Campbell Lutyens, Pantheon, and Ardian. She has also been extensively involved in promoting both diversity and ESG initiatives. Mrs. Segura holds a B.S. in International Law from the University of Santo Domingo, an M.A. in International Relations & Politics from the University Catolica de Santo Domingo and a Finance Certification from New York University.

Sam Shockley
Mr. Shockley joined ArcLight in 2023. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Shockley was an Associate in the Infrastructure and Energy M&A group at Macquarie Capital, where he worked on a variety of transactions in the power, renewables and midstream sectors. Prior to that, Mr. Shockley worked for ENGIE North America and began his career in investment banking at Itaú BBA in London. Mr. Shockley holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.

Jeanna Simeone
Ms. Simeone joined ArcLight in June 2020. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Simeone spent seven years as an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP, where she focused her practice on private investment funds and their advisors. Ms. Simeone earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.

Joshua Skudlarick
Mr. Skudlarick joined ArcLight in 2017 and has over two decades of engineering, procurement and construction experience on energy and infrastructure projects. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Skudlarick was an Executive Director with Westinghouse where he focused on power project development. Prior to that, Mr. Skudlarick was an Executive Director with CB&I where he was part of the Power Executive Leadership Team and responsible for major EPC power projects. He also held a corporate role leading the Power Procurement organization. Prior to CB&I, Mr. Skudlarick was on various international and domestic infrastructure construction projects. Mr. Skudlarick earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Duke University.

James Sullivan
Mr. Sullivan joined ArcLight in 2021 and has close to a decade of energy finance experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Sullivan was a Vice President at Old Ironsides Energy, where he focused on the sourcing, execution, and portfolio management of equity investments in the energy sector. He also worked in the Global Energy Group at Credit Suisse, where he focused on M&A and capital markets transactions for clients across the upstream, midstream, and oil service sectors. Mr. Sullivan started his career at JPMorgan Chase in the energy corporate client banking group. Mr. Sullivan holds a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Robert Trevisani
Mr. Trevisani joined ArcLight in 2001 and has extensive experience managing limited partner relationships and fund back office management. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was Vice President and Controller for Triumph Capital Group, a private equity and CBO asset management firm. Prior to joining Triumph in 1995, he served as Chief Financial Officer of New England Frozen Foods. From 1991 to 1992, he was a founding staff member of Geary, Furnari & Gendron, a turnaround consulting company. Mr. Trevisani began his career as a staff accountant with Adler, Blachard & Co. Mr. Trevisani earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Nick Wagman
Mr. Wagman joined ArcLight in 2025. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Wagman was a member of Jefferies’ Power, Utilities, and Infrastructure Investment Banking group where he worked on a variety of transactions across both conventional and renewable power. Mr. Wagman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Rice University.

Elisabeth Wallace
Ms. Wallace joined ArcLight in 2002. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was an assistant to a portfolio manager at SAC Capital Advisors. Ms. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Language and Literature from Boston University.

Chloe Wentworth
Ms. Wentworth joined ArcLight in 2021 after graduating from Southern New Hampshire University with a degree in Psychology. Prior to joining ArcLight, Chloe worked at a university police department as a dispatcher.

Terry Wetterman
Mr. Wetterman joined ArcLight in 2021 and has 21 years of private capital fundraising and Investor Relations experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Wetterman was a Partner at APT Fund Advisory, and a Managing Director at Hycroft, both boutique fundraising firms. Before that, he was a senior member of the Investor Relations team at Paul Capital, a secondary private equity investment firm. Mr. Wetterman began his career in the Merrill Lynch Private Equity Funds Group. Mr. Wetterman earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French (Honors) from Middlebury College, and an International Program Degree from the Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris.

Michelle Wright
Ms. Wright joined ArcLight in 2008 and has over a decade of accounting experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was a Financial Analyst at Experian in the Marketing Services Group. Ms. Wright began her career as a Client Communications Representative in Manulife Financial’s U.S. Annuities Division. Ms. Wright earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Valerie Zona
Ms. Zona joined ArcLight in 2021 and has over two decades of energy finance and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Zona was a financial consultant at an ArcLight portfolio company. Ms. Zona was the Vice President of Finance at Genesis Power and Director of Investment Analysis at GenPower Services, both independent power development companies. Previously, Ms. Zona was an Investment Manager at Energy Investors Funds. Ms. Zona began her career at Deloitte & Touche.
