Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Boyd was a Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing her practice on advising private equity sponsors on complex corporate transactions and other corporate matters. Ms. Boyd earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and International Relations from Trinity College and a Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School.
